StreamSync is a service that enables you to stream content from supported websites to your Fire TV device. The Service acts as a bridge between your browser and your Fire TV, allowing you to cast video content.

3. Account Registration

To use StreamSync, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

StreamSync is offered as a subscription service:

  • Pricing: $9.95 per month, billed monthly
  • Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
  • Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StreamSync only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service to access content you are not authorized to view
  • Attempt to circumvent any access controls or restrictions
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Content Responsibility

StreamSync does not host, store, or distribute any video content. The Service merely facilitates the transmission of content from websites you access to your Fire TV device. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access any content you stream through the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the compatibility of the Service with any particular website or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMSYNC AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
